Promise Field

Promise Field seems to be a study in contradictions in many ways. It is comprised of a series of gently rolling hills blanketed with coarse green grass which itches at the paws. There are several trees dotted about the field, but many are either dead or sickly, providing little shade or shelter. Prey is moderately plentiful, but what can be hunted here is often lean and not worth the effort expended. Wolves who find themselves here often leave quickly, with an odd feeling of there being something not quite right about the place.
