01. I have not received my account validation email, what is going on?

Please check your junk folder, and if it is not there, then please check that you have registered with the correct email address. If you are still having problems, then contact an Administrator.

02. I cannot log into my account, what do I do?

First of all, check that you are using the correct username and password. If so, close your browser and then attempt to log in once more in a new window. If this does not work then please select “sign in forever” on the log in screen. If this still does not work then please try clearing out your cache and cookies.

001. Can I contribute an idea for a board-wide plot/competition/ect if I am not a member of staff?

Of course! We'd love to hear your suggestions! These ideas are best PMed to an Admin, rather than posted in the plotting board, as that way they remain a surprise to the rest of the members!
