Appearance:
Regulus appears larger than he really is. Of a medium build, his coat is thick and full. Beneath it hide strong, well toned muscles that rarely let him down. A few scars are often hidden beneath his pelt, though none are serious or visible. They are mostly old wounds from playing too roughly as a child. Though not the largest of his siblings, he is still quite powerful and using everything he has to both intimidate and charm.

The male believes himself to be quite hansom with blazing amber eyes. His fur is a mix of blues and greens, taking on a mostly turquoise hue like that of his father. While this color covers most of his body, he is also accented in white. The pale color tips each of his paws, as well as his tail. It climbs cross his stomach and forms a small band above the joint of each of his four legs. Finally, it forms a mask across his eyes and muzzle, ending in a large black nose.

Personality:
Regulus is a male with his own agenda. He is strong and proud, as well as the only son of his parents' first litter. This has left him with a sense of entitlement. He feels the need to be in charge and will do almost anything to satisfy that need. Ambition has left him a big dreamer, and he has every intention of fulfilling those dreams.

Surrounded only by sisters for the first few months of his life has given him a bit of a chauvinistic complex. He was the only boy of the group and thus that made him special. It was hard not to feel superior, especially when it came to defending his siblings. Standing up for his sisters and the younger pups always left him with a sense of power.

He's also learned that he loves the attention of females. A charismatic fellow, he's not above charming every pretty face that comes his way. Commitment is out of the question. Right now his relationships are all about fun, not about settling down. It doesn't help that he will probably have commitment issues for the rest of his life. He saw what his mother's death has done to his father and never wants to experience that sort of pain. As such, his true loyalty is hard to come by.

There are very few outside of his family that Regulus will permanently align with. Even several of his family members have not earned or have lost his favor. He's always been a little sore at Vega for leaving. He's also not above breaking his ties if it means getting what he wants. No one is allowed to stand in his way, whether it be family, best friend, or even mate. He puts himself above all others even if he likes playing the protective big brother role.

History:
Born to Impact and Ricochet, Regulus was the only son of their first litter. He grew up happily playing with his three sisters, Aquila, Sadira, and Vega. He always liked to play a little rougher though, and was generally the one to cause trouble. That didn't mean that when one of the girls got in trouble he did not stand up for them, of course. He was always trying to fight their battles for them even when they didn't want his help.

When his parents had their second litter, Reggie's attitude didn't change much. He still made it a point to try and be top dog and took it upon himself to defend his younger, and thus weaker siblings. For the most part they all got along relatively well, though there were occasions the male took things too far. He always seemed to butt heads with Vega the most. Her leaving the family still leaves a bitter taste in his mouth.

Regulus was a year and four months when his mother was murdered. She'd been hunting alone when a crazed loner attacked her. Ricochet's death caused a lot of problems for the family. Impact was so hurt by her loss that he eventually left the pact. As for their eldest son, Regulus became very closed off. He was more prone to picking fights and causing trouble, taking his hurt and anger out on anyone he could without really taking the time to talk about what was wrong.

Watching his father's downward spiral also ruined the idea of romance for him. Time not spent causing trouble was time spent flirting with pretty females. He didn't care if he broke hearts or caused false hopes. Reggie didn't want to suffer the same sort of heartache his father was going through. Thus his life became a game of self-gratification.

He's still a little cold, not quite over his mother's death. Regulus has lately channeled his energy into ambition though. He's a little over two now and determined to make all of his dreams come true. It doesn't matter who he has to step either. If he wants to become something great he's got to start young and go for his dreams at all costs. But first he plans to find his father and figure out what it is he truly desires. Then he'll work on achieving his larger goals.
