I'm sorry, but if you read our rules, you'll see that to be placed in a static spot, we require that your site have 10+ active members (ie, appearing in the online in the last 24 hour list), and yours has only 4 at this time. I'd be happy to place you in marquee, and when you reach 10+ active members, you could request to be moved up to static?

That sounds like a good plan.
I noticed your comment about us in the chatbox- I do apologize for the frustration. I always read the rules before posting an affiliatoin request, however, I believe I misunderstood what you meant about active members.
I assumed you meant active members as members who have signed on, created a character, and post regularly. You did not specify in the rules that active members required them to appear on the 24 hour list.
At the moment, several of our members have notified the admin of their absences due to school. (At least 5. I'm aware that 3/5 go to the same school and have exams this week.)
Again, I do apologize for the misunderstanding. I am not trying to sass or appear insubordinate to your rules, but I felt as though an explanation for our reasoning should be offered. We will gladly take a position in the marquee area.
Thank you! -Spiritical Staff

Ok, that's great. ^^ I'll place you in marquee as soon as this message is posted then.
Ahh I see, no, it's not a problem. I'm sorry, the comment really wasn't about you and your site specifically, you see, although this site is new, the last site I was an Admin for tended to get the problem of people ignoring/not reading affiliate rules rather often and it frustrated me. My apologies, I shouldn't have reacted that way.
Thank you for the explanation, and I'll add the defenition of active members into the rules thread ASAP. :)
Good luck with your site!
